Important Order Information

To ensure every custom order receives the time and attention it deserves, please review the following requirements before placing your order:

• Two‑Week Lead Time - All custom orders require a minimum two‑week notice for processing and preparation. Orders requested with less notice may not be accommodated.

• Inspiration Photos at Checkout - Please send any inspiration photos or reference images after checkout so we can design your cookies as accurately as possible.

• 50% Non‑Refundable Deposit - A 50% deposit is required upon approval of your order. This deposit is non‑refundable after 2 days of the final approval and secures your date on our calendar.

• Local Pickup or Delivery Only - Orders are available for local pickup or delivery within our service area (Northern and Central, NJ).

• No Third-Party Shipping (NJ Cottage Food Law) - New Jersey cottage food regulations prohibit shipping baked goods through third‑party carriers. Because of this, we are unable to ship orders. Delivery options are available for weekends only (Fri-Sun).
